Return or Exchange Policy
All of your purchases in yttofficial.com are returnable / replaceable within 5 days from the date of delivery . This applies to damaged, defective or wrong items received. In case you intend to return/replace the order, the following instructions are listed below.

- Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition. The items must be in the original packaging.
- Our courier will collect the items from your address. To complete your refund/replace; we require a proof of purchase.
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the items. We will inform you as well if your request refund or exchange is approved or rejected.
- If the refund request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment within 7-14 working days.
- If the exchange request has been approved, we will ship you the items requested. All exchange operations will depend on the availability of the requested items.
- All returns and replacements are free of cost (only within Kingdom of Bahrain)
